You have always led with kindness and empathy. Spelling told the world how much she loves her daughter during a sweet birthday message, shared on Instagram Sunday alongside pictures of the birthday girl from her dinner.Ī post shared by Tori Spelling official… my baby girl Buggy □ is 15! So proud of the incredible human you are. She has really grown up and Tori and Dean are so proud of her." They sat next to each other at dinner and Stella sat across from them," the source says. "Tori and Dean are doing really well as a couple and their communication has been great. The source also notes that Spelling and McDermontt were a happy couple while out for the evening. "They enjoyed edamame, popcorn shrimp, salmon carpaccio, octopus and yellowtail sashimi, Japanese scallop, albacore belly, and salmon sushi, lamb chops, chicken meatballs, California, avocado, and white lotus rolls, and a chocolate volcano and birthday cake for dessert," she source adds. Everyone had fun and was gracious and well-behaved," the source tells ET. They all came together to make sure Stella had the best time. "Tori and Dean celebrated Stella’s15th birthday at Katana in West Hollywood with all their kids and a few of Stella’s close friends on Friday night. On the menu for the occasion was sushi from Katana in West Hollywood, and according to a source, the family had a great time. Over the weekend, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, her husband and their family were on hand to celebrate their oldest daughter, Stella's, 15th birthday. In any case, I do not expect to return to find out.Tori Spelling and Dean McDermontt's little girl is all grown up! Also, I do have to remind myself, I am talking about sushi in a small town in Maryland not near the coast. Service was good and attentive throughout the meal.īased on other reviews, perhaps I just visited on a bad night. Wasabi and pickled ginger were again not the right flavor - the ginger was actually a little sweet - almost candied instead of pickled. The rice was again rather bland, but was put together well enable the nigiri to be eaten with either fingers or chopsticks. Perhaps because of this, there was no wasabi added to any of the nigiri. The same was true for the nigiri - nearly every piece of fish had nice flavor and felt clean and fresh. The salmon roll was also not well put together, but the salmon itself felt clean and fresh. The rolls were good portion size, but the quality of the spicy tuna was low - not much spice, too much breading and an erratic coating of rice on the outside of the roll. Unfortunately, the batter was again bland and too heavy with a very light dipping sauce. The tempura was delivered hot and fresh (always critical as for me tempura is like french fries and must be eaten hot). The salad had been premade and left in the refrigerator until needed the dressing had settled and water was pooling in the bottom of the bowl. The miso had little flavor but had a healthy portion. Early enough that it was still reasonably quiet.
